Far Cry 6: Wide Key Art

For this piece, the background and render for the Diego character were already mostly established but Ubisoft needed Giancarlo Esposito's character Anton to have a specific expression as well as a certain level of detail in the skin and hair. I used a basic model of Giancarlo's head and added all of the skin pores, folds and imperfections by sculpting them in by hand. I did all of the groom on the model as well. Once the 3D image was rendered it was brought into Photoshop where there was extensive painting and photobashing to enhance the look we were going for as well as refining the hair, skin, lighting and likeness. This is the final result.
